PAGplus consists of Halcrow working in association with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and URS Scott Wilson and TRL. Other sub-consultants with a support role include: Tony Ham Insurance Brokers, Pulsion, Marshall Wilson and McGarvie Morrison Media.

We are a multi-disciplinary team who carry out 100 detailed audits and monitoring activities of operating companies during each year, as well as visiting more than 1,000 road maintenance sites.
