The Performance Audit Group (PAG) is a consortium contracted by Transport Scotland.

PAG's objectives

Who are we?

PAG consists of Halcrow working in association with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and Scott Wilson. Further sub-consultants with a minor role include: TRL, Tony Ham Insurance Brokers and the University of Dundee.

We are a multi-disciplinary team who carry out more than 80 detailed audits of the operating companies during each year, as well as visiting more than 1,200 roadworks sites and travelling over 200,000km, monitoring conditions on the network.
